Rich Haas - Rich
is currently president of the school and also president of Continental
Real Estate and Auctioneers. The company does all types of auctions
and specializes in real estate auctions. He has trained some of the
most successful auctioneers in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to becoming
an auctioneer and real estate broker, he served in the United States
Marines and was National Sales Manager for Bellanca Aircraft Corporation.
Associated with the school since 1986 he has completed the sale at
public auction, hundreds of properties of all types, since 1978. He
is a national innovator and leader in the auction field and has been
a keynote speaker at several state auctioneer conventions.
